Jakob Chapman began writing on an airplane bound for Sweden. He enjoys reading and writing all genres. He is a published poet and enjoys writing a novel every November. He received his BA in English from Brigham Young University and his MH in Creative Writing from Tiffin University. He teaches writing courses at Olympic College.

Jakob Chapman is the author of the fantasy series The Chronicles of Almoriden.  He enjoys writing both Science Fiction and Fantasy stories.  He is also an accomplished poet.  His short fiction has won awards and has been published in Journals and anthologies such as Leading Edge, Crosscurrents, and the Cryopod Tapes podcast.  His poetry has appeared in many publications such as The Rapids Review, Inscape, MindFlights, Inwood Indiana, Three Line Poetry, The Waka Journal, and Crosscurrents.
